About ViceHints
Quick answer
ViceHints is an independent, fan-made GTA 6 companion built by Josh, an indie developer. Every cheat code is verified in-game on PS5 or Xbox by two independent sources before listing — we publish zero before we publish one fake.
ViceHints is a one-person indie project by Josh — player, GTA fan, and developer. It exists because launch-night code hunting should be honest: a code is either tested and confirmed, or it is not on the site.
Our verification method has three steps and one hard rule: two independent in-game confirmations, shown on every code with sources and timestamps.
- Report. Players and community posts put a candidate code into our queue — a report alone never publishes anything.
- Test. We try the code in-game on PS5 or Xbox and record the exact inputs, the on-screen confirmation, and the result.
- Re-test. A second, independent tester repeats the exact steps. Only when both agree is the code published — here and in the app, from the same content feed.
That is the 2-source rule: a leak, a rumor, or a single shaky clip is never enough. When a code cannot be confirmed, the honest answer is "not verified yet" — which is exactly what our pages said for the months before launch.
Verified Verified only
- Predict or invent cheat codes — a code appears only after it works in-game, twice.
- Present leaks or datamined material as confirmed news.
- Copy other sites' tables, or reuse the game publisher's artwork, logos, or fonts — every visual here is original.
- Hide the basics behind a paywall — the app is free.
If a code on this site fails your in-game test, tell us. A failure report triggers re-verification the same day, and the listing is corrected or pulled if it cannot be confirmed again.
Common questions
Why does ViceHints list zero cheat codes before launch?
Because none exist to verify yet — GTA 6 releases November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Listing codes before anyone can test them would be guessing, so our pages show an honest status and update live on launch day.
Is ViceHints affiliated with the game's publisher?
No. ViceHints is an unofficial, fan-made companion. We cite official announcements as sources, but we are not connected to, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publisher.
Is the app free?
Yes. ViceHints is free with ads, and a single optional in-app purchase removes them. The App Store shows any price before you buy — we never put price numbers in our content.
